Terms and Conditions
In all professionalism, the sole purpose of this page is to reinforce a solid foundation of what is to be expected in a designer/client relationship. Each project is considered equal in all regards; no matter how big or how small.

I. Hourly Rates
All projects are billed at an hourly rate of $40.00 per hour. This does not apply to projects that are established in contract as a flat rate.

II. Contractual Agreement
Client must sign contractual agreement before any work is started.

III. Deliverables
Specified files will sent and/or delivered as requested by client on pre-determined date.

IV. Payment
Client is expected to honor all payment arrangements as outlined in the client/designer agreement.
